All orders placed are made here at Alchemy Labs in Melbourne, Australia. All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Posts regular service. International orders will also be sent via Australia Posts regular service.

Returns

If you are not happy with your Alchemy Labs product, you may return items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
